Welcome to EVVY Submit!
Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to The EVVY Awards. This website — EVVY Submit — will walk you through the process of creating an account and submitting in no time!
Before you begin, a few important reminders:
- This year's EVVY Awards will take place on April 14, 2024 (Gala) and on May 10, 2024 (Cutler Majestic).
- Submissions cost $5 each and are billed via our electronic system. Theatre group submissions cost $30 each and are billed the same.
- Submissions are permitted to use copyrighted material; student projects are legally allowed to do so.
- You, the Emersonian, retain complete control of your work. The EVVY Awards does not own your work, but rather showcases it accordingly.
- EVVY43 judges—who judge anonymously—will only consider work created between March 1, 2023 and March 1, 2024.
- Submissions open on Friday, December 1, 2023 and close on Friday, March 1st, 2024 at 11:59pm.

If you are seeking a judge for a performance, either for a group or individually please email Tippens at theatrejudges@evvyawards.org no later than five (5) days prior to your performance in order to secure a judge in the appropriate time. If a judge cannot be accommodated, recordings are accepted.
