Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to The EVVY Awards. This website — EVVY Submit — will walk you through the process of creating an account and submitting in no time!

Before you begin, a few important reminders:

• This year's EVVY Awards will take place on May 9th at 2pm (The Daytime EVVY Awards) and at 6pm (The Primetime EVVY Awards), both in the Cutler Majestic Theatre.
   
• During the Early Bird submissions period, submissions cost $3 each and are billed via our electronic system. Theatre group submissions cost $23 each and are billed the same.
   
• During the Regular submissions period, submissions cost $5 each and are billed via our electronic system. Theatre group submissions cost $25 each and are billed the same.
   
• Submissions are permitted to use copyrighted material; student projects are legally allowed to do so.
   
• You, the Emersonian, retain complete control of your work. The EVVY Awards does not own your work, but rather showcases it accordingly.
   
• EVVY44 judges—who judge anonymously—will only consider work created between March 1, 2024 and February 28th, 2025.
   
• Submissions open on Monday, December 2, 2024 and close on Friday, February 28th, 2025 at 11:59pm.

If you are seeking a judge for a performance, either for a group or individually please email Nathan at  theatresub@evvyawards.org no later than three (3) weeks prior to your performance in order to secure a judge in the appropriate time. If a judge cannot be accommodated, recordings are accepted.
